What is Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)?
CSAE includes content or behavior that:
- Shows or encourages sexual abuse of children
- Involves real or pretend sexual activities with minors
- Tries to build inappropriate relationships with children
- Shares images or videos that exploit children
Not Allowed on Our Platform
We strictly forbid:
- Sharing any media showing child sexual abuse
- Trying to contact minors for sexual purposes
- Inappropriate interactions between adults and children
- Content that sexualizes minors, even if fictional
- Using our platform to organize harmful activities
How We Prevent Harm
- We educate users about appropriate behavior
- We check content using both computer systems and human reviewers
- We clearly display rules about prohibited content
- We verify users meet age requirements
How We Detect Problems
- All users are screened before they can connect with mentees
- We manually review all profiles and photos
- Users can easily report concerning content or behavior
- Our team promptly reviews all reports
How We Respond
When harmful content is found:
- We remove it immediately
- We suspend or ban offending accounts
- We report violations to law enforcement
- We save evidence to help investigations
Regular Reviews
- We regularly check our policies and systems
- We update these standards at least once a year
