The connection process is straightforward:

  1. Search for mentors/mentees matching your criteria.
  2. Review their profile and credentials.
  3. Send a connection request with an introductory message.
  4. Wait for acceptance/rejection of your request.
  5. Upon acceptance, six-month mentorship period begins

If your connection request is rejected:

  • No credits are deducted.
  • You can send requests to other mentors.
  • Consider updating your profile or message for better matches.

Each mentorship connection lasts for six months. During this period:

  • Mentors and mentees can interact regularly.
  • Progress can be tracked.
  • Goals can be set and achieved.
  • Connection can be renewed using new credits if both parties agree.

At the end of six months:

  • The connection automatically closes.
  • Both parties can choose to renew using new credits.
  • Feedback can be provided by both parties.
  • Chat history remains accessible.
  • New goals can be set for renewed connections.

Yes, you can have multiple concurrent mentorships, limited by:

  • Your available credits.
  • Credit requirements for different mentors.
  • Your capacity to maintain meaningful interactions.
